Course Description

The project for this class is explained in Chapter One and is simple. After you learn about the four sources of energy, pick one action or new habit in one of the categories to implement.

We all know that the more energy we have, the better we feel, and the more productive we can be, but sometimes we don’t have a reason to stick to a new habit, or even know where to start.  

Accountability makes a huge difference. So, after the class, post what it is that you commit to actively work on, state why making this change is important for your life.

NOTE: It might help to keep a pen and paper nearby to jot some notes.

Aloha! I'm Alice.

As a multi-hyphenate, I love teaching anything I've learned that makes the journey of life smoother and more inspiring for others. I’m an award-winning author of eight books, a columnist in Hawaii’s largest weekly publication, and the founder of Happiness U, a unique business in Hawaii that offers in-person programs for personal and professional growth.
