Worry is our most common daily mental activity and holds us back from inner freedom and happiness. It is the greatest misuse of our mental energy, not to mention a complete waste of time. This class is for you if you’d like to take steps towards trusting life more, right now, in the present moment - instead of hoping for the day when there is nothing in your life to worry or stress out about (which will never happen). Any worry you have is simply anxiety based on an idea you have in your head, a scary story that hasn’t happened yet, which in turn leads to more stress.
